6.0 6.4 Auto to Manual Conversion Kit Transmission ZF 6spd 03-10 FORD 4x4

  
This listing is for a mostly complete ZF6 6 Speed Transmission Conversion. Kit should fit 2003 2004 2005 2006 2007 2008 2009 2010 F250, F350, F450 trucks. Included is everything pictured including the Transmission, the Transfer case, the front drive shaft, cross member, Pedals, master cylinder, rear engine plate, transmission tunnel cut out, and a few other things. You will still need custom tuning for your ECM, we do not provide this. Truck had 243k Miles when we parted it out for cylinder #8 piston splitting, truck was a 2008 6.4 Powerstroke, but the 6.0 Used the same zf6 behind it as well.

Bellhousing has 1 small chunk missing (pictured) that could very easily be JB welded or left alone, it looks like it's been there for a long time. Clutch included is a south bend clutch kit, center section has 1 ear damaged (pictured) where the dowel goes.

We test drove this truck in the parking lot and had no problems with gear engagement, but didn't do any full highway speed test drives due to the nature of the engine damage. You will need to do some minor repairs and such with this kit- while nearly everything is there for a straight bolt on application, you do so at your own risk. This kit is absolutely AS-IS. I do not recommend this for anyone who is not strongly mechanically inclined.
