1961-65 Scout 80 & 1966-71 800, 800A, 800B. This Pirate Jack Exclusive disc brake kit for your Scout and is sure to stop on a dime! Works with stock height Scouts or if you have a lift or oversize tires this is the kit for you. Pirate Jack made this kit ready to bolt on with little modifications.

Your stock drum spindles will work with this kit! You will need to grind on the knuckle for clearance and you must supply the lines to hook up the proportioning valve. We do not offer those.

Set of calipers & pads. All mounting hardware and studs. Will need to grind knuckles to fit caliper. MUST re-use your wheel hub axle stub. MUST supply your own brake lines to hook up the proportioning valve.

Brake light warning switch converts your 2 wire to 1 wire. You will need to ground one out to make the brake light warning switch work correctly. The brake pedal rod is 7/16 if yours is 1/2 you need to let us know. The master cylinder is longer than your original drum master and you may have to modify the fender well just a bit to clear the nose of the master cylinder.

Must use aftermarket 15 5x5.5&#######xA0; or larger rims and does NOT work with the OEM skinny factory drum rims.
